Andy and Aimee cofounded A & A Organic Farms nearly 13 years ago. Andy had years of experience with various wholesale houses and growers and decided that the best way to support Organic growers was to represent them himself. At A & A Organics we strive to provide an enjoyable work environment for our awesome employees and creating and supporting a base of growers that supply us with organic produce each week.
Aimee and Andy both share the belief that it is important to support the organic movement for many reasons, such as providing healthy produce to the general population, supporting healthy conditions for farm workers and support for the land where the food is grown.
Rachel and Joshua grew up with fresh organic fruits and vegetables. They have always been part of the business whether they are taste testers, on the demo crew, or helping to keep up with current social media strategies they are always “in the picture.”
Cali and Mia come to the office whenever a ride is offered to them. Not only do they spread their love to everyone in the office, they both serve as our official greeters. Cali is small (Malti-poo mix) but definitely does not lack in attitude. Mia loves the snow! She is always ready to tow a sled as long as there is a cookie at the end of the road! When there is no snow, Mia is always happy to go to work at the office. Mia is known in the neighborhood for her beautiful white coat and loving, smiling personality.
Wet Rubz Gourmet Sauces debuted in 2013 when Andy bottled his tri tip marinade recipe: “Wet Rubz Gourmet Sauces Santa Maria Style”. Friends and family have enjoyed Andy’s marinade on BBQ Tri-tip for years and he finally took heed to friends’ advice and bottled his recipe. Andy is always working on the next recipe to bottle for Wet Rubz Gourmet Sauces. Aimee, Rachel and Josh are always ready for his next trial.
