Our, unopened, marinade has a shelf life of 2 years. Please make sure to check the ink jet stamp on the product.

We recommend discarding the used marinade. Any unused marinade left in the bottle can be placed in the refrigerator and used within 6 months

Yes, for optimal flavor and shelf life, refrigerate after opening.
How long should I marinate my meat?
In general,two to four hours of marinating is long enough for the meat to soak up the flavor, but a large Tri tip loin can marinate for up to two days in the refrigerator, according to the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service. *Remember, always marinate in the refrigerator to avoid the growth of bacteria.
